DESCRIPTION

This is a new generation of lightweight thermoplastic foam composite panels developed by TOPOLO-TRUCK, specifically designed to address the challenges of weight reduction and enhanced performance in dry cargo boxes. It combines continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastic (CFRT) with an MPP (modified polypropylene) foam core. It fully meets the requirements of the modern transportation industry for lightweight, high strength, durability, and structural stability.

☑ Lightweight

By using thermoplastic foam and CFRT (Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastics) skin, the overall weight of the panel is significantly reduced. Compared to traditional metal panels, this helps lower the vehicle’s total weight, improving payload capacity and fuel efficiency.

☑ Better Rigidity

The CFRT skin provides extremely high rigidity to the panels, ensuring that even under high-intensity use, the panels will not deform or break. Even under severe vibrations or impacts, the composite panel’s rigidity ensures the integrity of the dry cargo box, protecting the goods inside.

☑ Structural Stability

The MPP foam core has excellent high-temperature resistance, maintaining structural stability even under extreme temperature conditions. It prevents expansion or contraction of the panel due to temperature changes.

☑ Environmentally Friendly

Both CFRT and MPP foam materials are eco-friendly and recyclable, meeting the demand for sustai
