Design Features
- The key advantage of this configuration lies in the coordinated operation between the up-lifting door and the tail lift. When the lifting platform is raised, it works in conjunction with the up-lifting door to effectively replace traditional rear swing doors. This eliminates the need for frequent manual opening and closing, significantly improving loading and unloading efficiency—especially in high-frequency distribution scenarios such as urban cold chain delivery.
- To ensure superior sealing performance, the door frame is equipped with high-elasticity EPDM rubber seals. When the tail lift is elevated and aligned with the rear frame, it forms a tight and reliable seal with the door opening. This design effectively prevents cold air leakage, maintains internal temperature stability, and reduces energy loss during operation.
- In addition, the up-lifting door structure provides better protection against external environmental factors such as dust, rain, and debris, while also optimizing rear space utilization. We have developed a new type of thermoplastic FRP sheet – CFRT (Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic) to replace the traditional thermosetting FRP sheet, or to mix the two, making the insulation panels more durable and lighter, and greatly reducing the manufacturing cost.
- Both sides are UV-resistant gel-coated FRP sheets.
- The outer side is made of FRP sheet and the inner side is made of CFRT sheet.
