DESCRIPTION
Gravel FRP facing PP Honeycomb panels are high-performance composite flooring materials manufactured by bonding gravel-textured FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) sheets with a polypropylene (PP) honeycomb core. This advanced sandwich structure combines exceptional anti-slip performance with lightweight strength, making it an ideal solution for modern cargo transportation equipment.
The surface layer is made of genuine gravel-textured FRP sheets, engineered to replicate the anti-slip performance of real gravel flooring. Compared with traditional steel checker plates or wooden floors, the gravel surface provides superior traction under wet, muddy, or dusty working conditions, significantly improving operational safety during loading and unloading.
The core layer consists of lightweight polypropylene honeycomb, delivering high compressive strength and excellent impact resistance while maintaining low self-weight. This structure effectively reduces vehicle tare weight, increases payload capacity, and improves fuel efficiency.
These panels are widely used for cargo box flooring in various commercial vehicles, including trucks, trailers, dropside trucks, and tippers. They are particularly suitable for heavy-duty applications such as construction material transport, aggregates, machinery, and palletized goods.

Distinctive Features
- Real Gravel Anti-Slip Performance
The textured FRP surface achieves the same anti-slip effect as real gravel flooring, ensuring strong grip even in harsh environments.
- Double-Sided Anti-Slip Design
Both sides are finished with gravel FRP. When one side becomes worn or damaged, the panel can be flipped and reused, effectively doubling the service life and reducing long-term replacement costs.
