Thermal Partition Walls for Trucks

The main function of the thermal partition wall is to isolate or control the air circulation in the refrigerated truck, separate the truck box into different temperature zones, and ensure that the temperature of each temperature zone is controlled within a certain temperature range. Compared with flexible partitions, solid rigid partitions provide better insulation, higher safety, and operational flexibility, and have a longer service life.

Thermal Insulation Structure

The thermal partition wall consists of insulation layer, outer layer, frame and sealing layer.

Insulation Layer

The insulation layer is made of closed-cell foam material with extremely low thermal conductivity – PU (polyurethane) or XPS (extruded polystyrene), which blocks the heat transfer in each temperature zone.

Outer Surface

The Outer Surface is covered with a layer of new FRP material – CFRT (continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic) sheet, which is waterproof, impact-resistant and wear-resistant.

Frame

Use high-strength, corrosion-resistant, lightweight, waterproof fiberglass reinforced profiles as the frame.

Sealing Layer

The edge is wrapped with a high-performance soft rubber sealing strip, which can fit perfectly with the wall and completely block air circulation.

Moving Easier – Modular Removable Partitions

The partition and the box are not fixed together. The insulation bulkhead can be moved quickly and smoothly with a gentle push, and it can be fixed with a latch.

Switchable Windows

The upper part of the insulated bulkheads provides space for an air conditioner, which can be turned off and on when needed to adjust the temperature in a certain area.

Quick Assembly of Thermal Partition Walls

As part of a CKD refrigerated truck body, thermal partition walls can be quickly assembled. These assemblies do not require complex operating instructions, nor do they require professional operators and equipment. Personnel with basic training can complete the task using basic installation tools.
