Refrigerated Truck Rear Door Panels

The rear door is a vital part of the refrigerated truck. Its sealing and insulation ensure that the refrigerated goods maintain a suitable temperature throughout the transportation process. Due to a series of problems such as the use of inferior raw materials, design defects, improper operation, etc., the rear door is easily damaged, causing problems such as looseness, deformation, and failure to close tightly.

Like other refrigerated truck panels, the rear door panel is designed with FRP-skinned PU foam core sandwich panels. This ensures basic thermal insulation, waterproofing, and antibacterial effects. The edges are sealed and high-strength plastic parts are embedded inside, making the door panel more than 2 to 3 times stronger than ordinary refrigerated trucks.

High-Quality Raw Materials

Glossy FRP Surface
  • Antibacterial gel-coat FRP is heat-insulating, waterproof, moisture-proof, easy to clean, and scratch-resistant.
Insulation PU Foam Core
  • As the core material of the refrigerated truck rear door panel, the closed-cell PU foam core not only has low thermal conductivity but is also low-density and lightweight.
High Strength Plastic Extrusions
  • The use of fiberglass profiles as edge sealing materials not only doubles the strength of the refrigeration rear door panel, but also protects the internal core material well. It does not deform or rot, so that the service life of the door panel can generally reach 20 to 30 years.

Design and Processing

High-precision CNC Machining
  • Cutting, milling, drilling, grinding. The error value is less than 0.5mm, ensuring that the door panel is tightly sealed.

Bevel Design
  • The unique beveled edge design reduces the resistance when opening and closing the refrigerated truck rear door, making it easier for operators.

Hidden Door Handle
  • Installing the lock inside the door panel reduces the exposure of the lock equipment, making it safer and more reliable, and making the truck body look simpler.
