DESCRIPTION

Meat rail systems are internal hanging and load-bearing systems specifically designed for meat transportation. They are widely used in refrigerated meat trucks, slaughterhouse distribution vehicles, and cold chain logistics applications. By installing high-strength rails and hooks on the ceiling or side walls of the truck body, whole carcasses or meat cuts can be transported in a suspended position, preventing direct contact with the floor and significantly improving hygiene standards.

Meat rail systems are typically made of stainless steel or high-strength galvanized steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and high load-bearing capacity. They are well suited to low-temperature, high-humidity refrigerated environments. With a well-designed rail layout and structural configuration, the system ensures stable suspension of meat during vehicle operation, minimizing swinging and impact and reducing product damage.
