Innovative Composite Panels for Refrigerated Trailers
Refrigerated trailer panels are composited from multiple materials to achieve the purpose of thermal insulation, weight reduction, durability and affordability. It adopts a sandwich structure design and is made by vacuum composite sandwich technology. Each side of the refrigerated trailer body is made of complete sandwich panels. The panels are machined into the final shape by CNC. We provide body kits to complete the construction of refrigerated trailers, and various parts such as door frames, floors, door locks, E-trakcs, corner covers, edge profiles, subframes, chassis frames and refrigeration units are customized in our factory. When shipped to the destination in CKD (completely disassembled) form, it is very easy to assemble, which reduces the difficulty of box manufacturing, speeds up the construction schedule and reduces the cost expenditure of manufacturers.

- Core: The middle core material is XPS (extruded polystyrene) foam, which provides thermal insulation and sufficient support strength.
- Outer Skin: The outer skin is gel-coated FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic), which is flat and smooth and easy to clean.
- Inner Skin: The inner skin is CFRT (continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic), a new material with much better strength and toughness than thermosetting FRP and lower cost than FRP.
- Ribs: The ribs are waterproof timbers, which is evenly laid inside and on the edges of the panel, which enhances the strength of the panel and enhances its waterproof performance.
