TOPOLO-TRUCK has accumulated extensive experience in the design and manufacturing of heavy-duty refrigerated bodies. To meet diverse requirements across global markets, we continuously optimize structural designs based on local regulations, climate conditions, and usage habits, providing reliable cold chain solutions tailored to regional needs.

Heavy-duty refrigerated boxes, with their extra-large volume and strong load-bearing capacity, have become core equipment for medium- and long-distance cold chain transportation. Their core significance lies in providing a stable, constant temperature environment for temperature-sensitive goods such as fresh fruits and vegetables, pharmaceutical reagents, and frozen foods, locking in freshness and quality from the place of origin to the end consumer. This solves the industry pain points of temperature fluctuations and high cargo loss rates during long-distance transportation, providing reliable guarantees for cross-regional and long-distance logistics transportation, and helping enterprises reduce logistics costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
Modular Structure
The heavy-duty refrigerated box adopts a modular structural design, where each panel and component is engineered as a standardized unit. This allows flexible configuration based on different truck chassis sizes and transportation requirements. The modular system not only simplifies assembly and disassembly, but also facilitates maintenance, repair, and part replacement. In addition, it significantly reduces transportation costs for CKD (Completely Knocked Down) delivery, making it ideal for global export and local assembly projects.

Streamlined Assembly Process, Enhanced Operational Efficiency
Traditional heavy-duty refrigerated box assembly relies on large, specialized equipment such as gantry cranes, resulting in significant limitations and long operation cycles. TOPOLO-TRUCK, however, has redesigned its assembly logic, simplifying complex processes and increasing efficiency.
- Installation follows a scientific sequence: floor → front panel → side panel → top panel → rear door. The steps are clear and seamless, reducing operational complexity.
- Breaking equipment dependence, no gantry crane is needed; conventional cranes can assemble the box, adapting to more work sites and reducing equipment rental costs.
- The bolt-fixing method not only speeds up installation but also facilitates subsequent maintenance and repair. The entire assembly process is efficient and worry-free, significantly shortening the delivery cycle.
Core design features that balance performance and practicality

01 Composite Insulated Panels
The box body adopts high-performance FRP skin with an insulated foam core sandwich structure. Wall thickness reaches up to 100 mm, and floor thickness up to 120 mm. Combined with TOPOLO-TRUCK’s patented structural technology, the panels offer excellent thermal insulation, as well as outstanding water resistance, moisture resistance, and impact strength, making them suitable for demanding transportation environments.
02 High-Strength Aluminum Profile Floor
The floor is made of 5xxx series high-strength extruded aluminum profiles, formed in one piece without welding, ensuring superior strength and durability. The surface is designed with drainage channels and guide grooves, allowing easy movement of pallets and efficient wastewater discharge, keeping the interior clean and hygienic.

03 Reinforced Rear Door System
For the large rear doors (2.4 m × 1.1 m), high-strength double galvanized steel locking rods and four stainless steel hinges are applied to each door. This design securely fixes the doors, preventing vibration or deformation during transport, while enhancing sealing performance to minimize cold air leakage.
