TOPOLO-TRUCK
The Expert in More Durable Flooring Solutions
The box truck floor bears the full load of the cargo, making it one of the most critical structural components—far more demanding in performance than the walls or the roof. Different truck applications place very different requirements on the flooring, such as load-bearing capacity, impact resistance, moisture resistance, hygiene, and durability. TOPPOLO-TRUCK offers a full range of high-quality composite flooring solutions suitable for all types of refrigerated and dry-haul trucks. Our floors are meticulously designed to maintain high strength, long service life, and reliable performance even under harsh operating conditions, while also offering customization options to meet specific load, insulation, and anti-slip requirements.
Refrigerated trucks are required to have a good thermal insulation effect, so insulation measures must be taken in every direction of the box body. The direction of the floor is the part that easily leads to heat loss, so strengthening the insulation of the floor part is an essential measure. Usually, floors use thicker foam (PU/XPS) as insulation.
Another point is that vehicles also have high requirements on the hardness of the floor. Usually, thicker FRP sheets are used as the skin material. Sometimes a layer of plywood or other rigid foam(PET/PU) is added inside the panel near the upper layer in order to carry more weight. Anti-slip aluminum sheets or aluminum ducts are laid on the composite panel.

Dry Cargo Box Flooring
Honeycomb Sandwich Panels
Key Benefits
- Lightweight construction for reduced vehicle weight
- High load-bearing and impact resistance
- Waterproof, corrosion-resistant, and rot-free
- Anti-slip and wear-resistant surface

Traditional wooden flooring has long been the most common floor material for dry cargo trucks. However, wood is prone to wear, moisture absorption, and rot—especially in hot and humid environments—resulting in a significantly reduced service life. Since dry cargo trucks do not require thermal insulation, stronger and lighter flooring materials are a more suitable choice.
To meet these requirements, TOPOLO-TRUCK has developed anti-slip polypropylene (PP) honeycomb sandwich panels. The honeycomb core structure is lightweight yet highly rigid, effectively reducing vehicle weight while enhancing load-bearing capacity. The thermoplastic surface layer with anti-slip texture provides excellent durability, impact resistance, and long-term wear performance.
