Aircraft catering truck bodies are specifically designed for transporting meals, beverages, and other services to aircraft. They are designed to provide a combination of storage, temperature control, and efficient access to supplies for easy loading and unloading at airports. Since the box body needs to be raised to a height of more than 3 meters, the stability, light weight and fixing system of the box body are required to be high.

Standard Specifications
- Body Dimensions：External Length: 7500mm; External Width: 2500mm; External Height: 2400mm.
- Edge Profiles: 90°, L-shaped or radiused section 6000 series aluminium extrusion.
- Box Accessories: Galvanized steel horizontal E-tracks and SS316/304 stainless steel cargo securing rings located on the side walls.
- Walls & Roof：FRP skin polyurethane foam sandwich panel (80 -100 mm). The one-piece composite process makes each side of the box body a complete composite panel, which is made in vacuum and high pressure and has a stable structure. In order to enhance the structural strength of the panel, high-performance composite plastic or metal materials are embedded in the middle of the composite panel.
- Floors：Suitable for installation of scissor hydraulic system. The total thickness of the floor is about 108mm, and the floor substrate is FRP skin polyurethane sandwich panel, which has good thermal insulation effect. The floor surface material is 6000 series high-strength non-slip aluminum plate, which can withstand a maximum impact strength of 7kg/cm³.
- Doors：Type: Front and rear insulated automatic roll-up doors.
