Refrigerated food trucks are vehicles designed to transport food that needs to be kept at low temperatures. These trucks are often equipped with refrigeration equipment that provides a constant low temperature environment to ensure that food remains fresh and safe throughout the transportation process.
These trucks are commonly used to transport various types of food, including but not limited to:
- Fresh ingredients: meat, seafood, poultry, eggs, vegetables and fruits, etc.
- Frozen food: frozen pork, beef, mutton, chicken, duck, seafood, etc.
- Dairy products: milk, yogurt, butter, cheese, ice cream, etc.
- Cooked food: cooked meat, cooked seafood, cooked pasta, etc.
- Baked goods: bread, pastries, snacks, chocolate, etc.

CKD/SKD Refrigerated Food Truck Boxes
TOPOLO-TRUCK specializes in customizing refrigerated truck bodies for food transportation. We provide a series of solutions such as design, materials, and assembly for refrigerated truck manufacturers, dealers, and related companies around the world. The design of refrigerated food trucks not only takes into account thermal insulation and sealing performance, but also food safety and hygiene requirements to ensure that food is not contaminated or spoiled during transportation.

Aesthetically Pleasing
- A professional truck body design team designs stylish and practical box shapes.
- The surface is smooth and flat, with a mirror texture.
- Every component is designed to be ergonomic, allowing operators to operate safely and easily.

High-quality Raw Materials
- Food-grade antibacterial gelcoat flat FRP sheets are used as the inner skin of the insulation panels, and high-rigidity CFRT sheets are used as the outer skin of the insulation panels.
- Non-volatile, low thermal conductivity thermal insulation foam core (XPS: extruded polystyrene or PU: Polyurethane).
- Lightweight, high-strength aluminum alloy profiles and stainless steel sheet metal are used as edging profiles, door frames and accessories.

Thermal Insulation Design
- The embedded materials inside are made of high-strength plastic profiles with low thermal conductivity or waterproof timbers. It prevents heat transfer between the outside and the inside, ensuring the thermal insulation effect.
- The truck box adopts a fully enclosed structure, and all panels are bonded with high-strength structural adhesive.

Multiple Temperature Zone Design
Different foods have different requirements for temperature ranges. The multi-temperature zone design allows for the simultaneous transportation of different types of foods without the need for additional refrigeration equipment. A set of refrigeration units can meet the refrigeration needs of multiple temperature zones.
