The thermoplastic honeycomb panel is a composite product made of PP (polypropylene) honeycomb core and continuous fiberglass reinforced thermoplastic (CFRT) through thermal fusion. The surface of CFRT has a dense non-slip texture, and anti-transparent carbon black particles are added inside to effectively block ultraviolet radiation.
It is suitable for use as flooring in various vans, dump trucks, normal-temperature box trucks, small trailers, etc.

- Lightweight: The density of PP honeycomb is generally between 60~80kg/m³, the density of CFRT is 1.5~2.0kg/m³, and the thickness of CFRT sheet can be as thin as about 0.4mm. The overall thickness of thermoplastic honeycomb panels can be as low as 0.8mm.
- High strength: Thermoplastic honeycomb panels can withstand higher pressure, up to 4 to 5 times that of ordinary wood, and can automatically restore their shape after the pressure disappears.
