- FRP XPS Foam Core Sandwich Panels
This is a thermal insulation panel using XPS foam as the core material for refrigerated trucks. Compared to PU foam, XPS foam has a slightly lower thermal insulation effect, but it has higher hardness, providing higher strength for the insulation panel. In order to improve the insulation effect and strength of the refrigerated truck, the thickness of the refrigerated panel reached 100mm, and steel tubes and plywood were embedded inside. The composite panel skin was made of FRP panels with a thickness of 2mm.
- Stainless Steel Floor Ventilation Grooves
The stainless steel ventilation grooves laid on the floor not only solve the problem of sewage drainage, but also facilitate the circulation of cold air in the refrigerated box to maintain a balanced internal temperature.
- High-strength All-aluminum Subframe
The high-strength aluminum alloy subframe is not only light in weight and corrosion-resistant, but can also carry more weight.
- Efficient Independent Refrigeration Unit
High-power engine, low energy consumption, low noise, stable performance and constant cooling capacity. The cooling effect can reach -20℃. It comes with a built-in battery, which can still power the refrigeration unit after the oil is exhausted.
