About the Material of Door Panels
We provide different composite panels for door panel manufacturing for different types of trucks. Usually, considering the thermal insulation requirements, refrigerated trucks will use PU or XPS foam sandwich panels, and the skin materials are mostly fiberglass; the door panels of dry cargo trucks will try to use lightweight and high-strength composite materials, such as aluminum/FRP skins PET sandwich panel or fiberglass PP honeycomb panel. Of course you can ask us to customize the door panel material according to your project.
Basic Configuration
- Applicable trucks: refrigerated trucks, dry cargo trucks, special purpose trucks.
- Door panel: XPS/PU/PET/PP sandwich panel, skin material can be FRP, aluminum or pre-coated galvanized steel.
- Door lock: galvanized/stainless steel material, hidden door handle lock can be designed.
- Hinge: galvanized/stainless steel.
- Door frame: Customized aluminum profile.
- Sealing strip: Made of high-temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant rubber material to prevent dust, moisture and other external substances from entering the interior of the container.
- Opening method: It can be a single door or double door design.
- Suitable for trucks: Dongfeng, Isuzu, Fortis, Howo, Ford, others, Shaanxi Automobile, Steyr, etc.
